Spanish Coast Homes have moved

After several years based in the United Kingdom Spanish Coast Homes have now moved to a new location in Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmadena in the heart of the Costa del Sol. Our new address and telephone numbers are as shown on the site.

We had come to realise that it was essential that we had an office and personnel in this area in order to provide a complete and comprehensive service to our growing list of clients seeking to acquire properties here and needing the assistance and guidance we could only provide locally. To enable us to do this we have merged with New Ventures Benalmadena, a company with many years experience in the Spanish property market, who’s offices have been established in Arroyo de la Miel for some considerable time.

New Ventures Director, Adrian Head, is a qualified Spanish valuer holding the title of Asesor de la Propiedad Inmueble  Nº 1095 and has been involved in the Spanish property market for over 10 years both on the Mainland and in the Balearics.

Mr Leslie Everett, the founder of Spanish Coast Homes and a former Independent Financial Advisor who will now also be based in The New Ventures office, brings with him all the experience of arranging finance for property purchase as well as financial planning, life insurance, pensions and general insurance.

Both New Ventures and Spanish Coast Homes believe in offering very personalised service to all our clients which will include all of those that one would expect from a quality Estate and Property Management Agency, including legal and financial advice, currency exchange, property valuation and re-location services as well of course as advice and guidance on the country and it’s specific regions.  We will also arrange your local accommodation and car hire should this be required and our clients will always be personally escorted to view the properties of their choice.

From our office in Benalmadena we offer a wide range of properties of all types from small studios, apartments, villas, country houses and large mansions as well as plots of land on which you can design and build the home of your dreams.  We cover an area from Malaga, with its international airport, through Torremolinos, Benalmadena Pueblo and Benalmadena Costa, Mijas Pueblo and Mijas Costa, La Cala, Calahonda, Cabopino, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Estepona and The New Golden Mile, to name but a few and then onwards towards Gibraltar.
